Time Management- ‘Time is an Illusion- Albert Einstein’

“How did it get so late so soon? It’s night before it’s afternoon. December is here before it’s June. My goodness how the time has flewn. How did it get so late so soon?”
―    Dr. Seuss

We all say, ‘In the blink of an eye”!Yes, Time Flies. How do we manage time. Here are some tips on not just Managing Time but Creating Time.

1. Be 10 Minutes Early to Everything– When you are 10 minutes early to everthing, it allows you to collect your thoughts, relax, and take in your environment. Those 10 minutes are NOT extra, but time you’ve created for yourself. When you understand this, you’ll notice a dramatic effect on your stress and happiness levels.

2. FOCUS– Ever heard of the 80:20 Rule? This rule is all about FOCUS. 80% of unfocussed effort generates only 20% of results. Which ideally means, 20% of Focussed effort produces 80% results. You can spend all your time studying the roots, or you can learn to pick the FRUIT. KACHING!

3. ACTIVITY LOG– To do lists are very powerful, ever tried maintaining one. Activity LOG surpasses the TO DO LIST. What is an Activity Log? It is a written record of how you spend your Time. What goes into an Activity Log?

1. Date/ Time-   2. Activity Description-    3. Duration:  4. Value of Activity-(high,medium,low,none)

A Celebrity has about 20 things to be done before his/her lunch and a student from an esteemed institute has to log his/her activity every 6 minutes. Let’s all get on  roll and ride the coster with perfect sense of time!
